WordPress projects at a fixed price
Before we start, you know what your website includes, what it costs and when it will be ready. No hourly invoices that keep growing. These ranges help you plan your budget.

Answer four questions and you will see a price range for your project. It is an estimate: you get the fixed quote once I review what you need.
Ballpark ranges by type of project
Every project gets its own fixed quote. These ranges give you a realistic reference before we talk.

How it works
A fixed price, no surprises at the end
Working at a fixed price means thinking the project through before building it. That gives you certainty and avoids improvised decisions during development.
The quote details what is delivered in each phase, so you can review it and compare it with other proposals.
- 01
You tell me what you need
We review goals, pages, features and the content you already have. If there is a current website, I review it too.
- 02
You get a fixed proposal
In writing: what is included and what is not, total price, phases and estimated timeline. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 03
I work in phases
Structure, design, development and launch. In each phase you know what is delivered and review it before moving on.
- 04
Changes, always agreed first
The agreed price does not change. If something new comes up during the project, I quote it separately and it only gets done if you approve it.
What drives the price
Why a range and not an exact price?
Two websites with the same number of pages can have very different quotes. What matters most is whether the design is custom or based on a theme, how many different page templates there are, who provides the copy and images, and which features you need.
I explain it in detail in the pricing article, along with the costs that are not part of development.
Ongoing work
Maintenance and agency support
When the work is ongoing, such as maintenance, frequent changes or supporting an agency, the scope changes every month and a fixed price does not always fit.
In those cases we agree on an ongoing arrangement based on the amount of work. Tell me what you need and I will suggest the most sensible option.
